The Robert Morris Inn is located in Oxford, Maryland. The Gibson family currently has a lease to purchase contract on the Robert Morris Inn with Chef Mark Salter and Ian Fleming. The Gibson Family continues to operate Sandaway Waterfront Lodging in Oxford, Maryland.

The circa 1710 Inn was once home to Robert Morris, Sr. and his son who gained fame as “Financier of the Revolution”. Located in the historic town of Oxford, MD, the Inn is just steps from the Tred Avon River and the historic Oxford-Bellevue car ferry. Included is a separate waterfront cottage that could be converted to a home for the owner or innkeeper. The Inn's waterfront cottage overlooks the Oxford harbor and the car ferry that helps tourist get to St. Michaels.

The first floor of the Robert Morris Inn houses a charming 150 seat restaurant, while 14  rooms are located on the second and third floors. The separate waterfront cottage currently houses 2 "ferry view rooms". All 16 rooms at the Robert Morris Inn have private baths, air-conditioning, and are individually decorated.

The Oxford, Maryland location is conveniently located to St. Michaels, Easton, and Cambridge.
