Plunge into the fun at Plungefest 2011
Plungefest 2011 featuring the 15th Anniversary of the MSP Polar Bear
Plunge. Last year, this event drew more than 25,000 Plungers and spectators, and the
15th Annual event promises all the chills and thrills that Plungers have come to know and love,
and then some. After all, the event has been keeping Maryland COOL since 1997!
Plungefest 2011 features a HUGE heated Festival tent with great live music
and entertainment, local and national vendor booths, Plunge Food Court,
giant sand sculpture, a “Kids Zone” complete with face painting, games,
inflatable fun and more.
With incredible media support from WBAL-TV, WBAL-AM, 98 Rock and
Comcast and celebrity support from Ravens QB Joe Flacco; WBAL-TV’s
Jennifer Franciotti and Rob Roblin; 98 Rock’s Mickey, Amelia & Spiegel
and more, this is one polar party you don’t want to miss!

Plunge Times: 1pm or 3pm
Admission: Free to spectators; all Plungers are required to raise a minimum of $50 in pledges (or personal donation).
