Clean Water Week - Easton, MD

CLEAN WATER WEEK 2011

November 14-18, 2011
Easton, MD
Clean Water Week is a time for friends and family to celebrate bringing back the health of local rivers and streams and the Chesapeake Bay. This week-long event features music, film, art, and the latest on efforts to stop pollution and make our local waterways clean and healthy again. People care about clean water, especially on the Eastern Shore where the health of the Bay and its rivers are so closely linked to everyday life. Whether it's swimming, fishing, boating, or just getting away from it all, being on the Shore means being near the water. Communities are charting a new course forward for reducing water pollution. Clean water plans being created now will help make our vision for healthy water become a reality. Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity to learn about what's happening for our local waterways and get involved!
