A pair of newly-weds move into a fifth floor, walk-up apartment, complete with no bathroom, a leaky ceiling and a host of certifiably nutty neighbors. He's a stuffed shirt young attorney, she's a sweet, romantic young things. You will laugh yourself silly before the night is over.
