Almost 8 inches of snow has fallen in Oxford, Maryland. The snow total was reported at Sandaway Waterfront Lodging on the evening of January 30, 2010. Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C. have had large snow totals for the months of December 2009 and January 2010.

CAROLINA COAST. THE LOW WILL MOVE FARTHER OFFSHORE AND THE SNOW TAPER OFF DURING THE OVERNIGHT HOURS.
THE HIGHEST AMOUNTS WILL BE ALONG MARYLAND`S EASTERN SHORE...
NAMELY TALBOT... QUEEN ANNES... AND CAROLINE COUNTIES AS WELL AS
EXTREME SOUTHERN KENT AND SUSSEX COUNTIES IN DELAWARE. ANYWHERE FROM 5 TO 9 INCHES IS EXPECTED THERE.
PLEASE CHECK THE ROAD CONDITIONS BEFORE TRYING TO TRAVEL.
A WINTER STORM WARNING MEANS SIGNIFICANT AMOUNTS OF SNOW ARE
EXPECTED. THIS WILL MAKE TRAVEL VERY HAZARDOUS.
