The Inn at Perry Cabin in St. Michaels, Maryland has sold for $39.7 million to CAP Acquisitions LLC by Orient-Express Hotels LTD. Settlement will occur soon on the 78 room inn with spa, and Sherwood’s Landing restaurant. The Inn at Perry Cabin is famous as a vacation, conference and wedding location.
