The Oxford Invitational Fine Arts Fair returns to Oxford Community Center for 2013. Please note date change – this year’s show will not be held on Memorial Weekend. New dates are May 18-19, with a Preview Party on May 17, by invitation. If you have not attended the party in the past and would like to receive an invitation, please email the Oxford Community Center office: oxfordcc@verizon.net. Saturday 10-5 and Sunday 10-4 are public days, where visitors to the Fair will experience a full weekend of artistic excellence. 8,000 sq. ft. of gallery space will be designed to accentuate and highlight a spectacular selection of paintings, sculpture, and photography, produced by dozens of two and three dimensional East Coast artists participating by jury selection. Live artist demonstrations are held outdoors throughout the Fair weekend and a raffle of original works will be held on Sunday. The Fine Arts Fair is a benefit event for Oxford Community Center. Thirty percent of the event proceeds benefit activities for all ages.
