The Hooper Strait Lighthouse is today located at the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum in Saint Michaels, Maryland. Originally, the Hooper Strait Lighthouse was located in Hooper Strait at the mouth of the Tangler Sound, about 40 miles south of Saint Michaels, MD in the eastern Chesapeake Bay.
